  • 1 tablespoon dried Calendula petals
  • About 1 cup witch hazel
  • 4 tablespoons rose water
  • 2 tablespoons glycerine
  • 1 teaspoon benzoin tincture (natural preservative)

Place the marigold petals in a glass or ceramic bowl and pour over 1 2⁄3 cups boiling water. Cover and leave the mixture to infuse for 3 to 4 hours.
